Choffin Students Meet Food Network’s Iron Chef! Nine junior Culinary Art students from Choffin Career & Technical center spent Saturday October 10, 2009 with the Iron Chef! The Choffin students traveled to Lorain County JVS to listen and watch demonstrations by Chefs from the Culinary Institute of America. The highlight of the day was a demonstration by Food Network's Iron Chef Michael Symon! Symon took time to talk one on one with the budding Choffin chef’s.
