Career and Technical Education has been a part of Youngstown City Schools since 1953. Choffin Career and Technical Center was built in 1973 and is a prime example of the ongoing commitment to excellence demonstrated by the school system. Choffin is known by offering students the opportunity to gain realistic experience working with starte -of-the art equipment and method used in the real world.
